Remote online notarization allows documents to be notarized via secure two-way video conference — no in-person meeting required. The signer can be located anywhere in the United States while the notary remains in Texas. All sessions are recorded and identity-verified as required by Texas law.
A valid government-issued photo ID — driver's license, passport, or state ID. For RON sessions, the platform also conducts credential analysis and knowledge-based identity authentication. Have your ID ready before your appointment begins.

Texas sets maximum notarial act fees: $10 per signature for acknowledgments, $10 for jurats and oaths. RON sessions include an additional Texas online notarization fee and platform/technology fees. Mobile service includes a separately disclosed travel fee. Loan signing appointments start at $125. All fees are confirmed in writing before booking.
Sean provides mobile in-person notarization throughout North Texas. Travel fee is quoted upfront based on distance and urgency.

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 3+ hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 3 hours notice, no-shows, or failed appointments due to missing ID, missing signers, or incomplete documents may still incur the travel or convenience fee. Notarial act fees are only charged when a notarization is completed.
